Arriving from Cancun International Airport (CUN):
If you are arriving by car, the drive will take approximately 1.5-2 hours. Exit the airport and follow the signs for Highway 307 South towards Tulum. Continue on Highway 307 for about 120 kilometers (75 miles). As you approach Tulum, take the exit for Avenida Coba Sur. Continue on Avenida Coba Sur and drive straight. The Xalet - Luxury Condos will be located on your left at Manzana 1, Lote 2 right next to the police and red cross station.
For those traveling by bus, it will take approximately 2-2.5 hours. At the airport, follow signs to the ADO bus station and purchase a ticket to Tulum. Buses run frequently. Upon arrival at the Tulum ADO Bus Terminal, you can take a taxi to Xalet - Luxury Condos. The ride is about 10 minutes. Simply give the driver the address: Xalet - Luxury Condos Tulum, Av. Coba Sur Manzana 1, Lote 2.
Alternatively, you can pre-book a shuttle service before your trip, which will take approximately 1.5-2 hours. Various companies offer shared or private shuttles from Cancun International Airport to Tulum. The shuttle will drop you off directly at Xalet - Luxury Condos.
